2026, Paracho.  Solid cedar soundboard with bracing inspired by Bernabe’s X pattern, Palo Escrito rosewood back and sides, 650 mm scale, 52 mm nut width, soundports, 6 hole tieblock, Der Jung tuners, ebony neck reinforcement, lacquer finish.  Guitar construction in Paracho dates back to the 18th century with the art handed down through generations.  These luthiers have kept up with the times, incorporating the latest innovations, as our instrument continues to evolve and improve.  At any price point more sound is found in these guitars than would be expected.  It has been over 5 years, and more than 70 instruments since we began handling Paracho guitars.  This is one of  a few luthiers whose work is among the best.  The sound of this guitar sits right in the middle of the tone color spectrum.  Good balance, projection and separation.  A lively musical instrument, a testimony to the experience of a skilled luthier.  Not a factory guitar that bears the label “handmade”.  This guitar actually is.
