DAVID DAILY – 640 Scale – Spruce and Indian – 1999

$5,000.00

Description

1999, USA.  Solid Englemann spruce soundboard with 7 fan braces, Indian rosewood back and sides, 52 mm nut width, french polished shellac finish. Gotoh tuners.  Originally made for our shop by Daily and has had only one owner.  Well kept, and years of playing have resulted in a rich, full tone with excellent projection that comes only with time and use.  A beautiful clear spruce sound that can fill a concert hall.  The 640 mm scale creates an exceptionally easy instrument to play.  Structurally as stable as it was when first made.  This guitar was built after Daily spent time in Antonio Marin Montero’s workshop in Granada, Spain.  Andrew York has played Daily guitars for many years.
